Perform two rinses, one in the morning and one in the evening. After brushing, pour about 10-15 ml of undiluted mouthwash into a glass. Rinse for one minute, making sure the mouthwash reaches all corners of the mouth, and then spit it out. Remember that mouthwash should not be swallowed.
To be most effective, it is advisable not to ingest food or drink for at least half and hour after use.
